We are currently manufacturing box sections as part of a Stair assembly for a Reservoir.

The frame is manufactured out of 150×150 RHS, hot dip galvanised and then delivered and installed at the customers site.

We weld using the following methods

• TIG – used with lighter gauge stainless steel and aluminium fabrications but can also be needed for welding aluminium castings, etc.
• Electrode – used for welding situations where the area to be welded can’t be easily cleaned or for site welding where wind conditions can make MIG and TIG welding impractical. Also used for welding the likes of cast iron.
• Silver Solder – commonly used for brass fittings, copper tube, etc and is also useful for joining dissimilar metals such as brass to stainless steel.

It was manufactured from carbon steel, and fabrication included a rolled cylinder, lifting lugs, inspection point and machined flange for pipe connection.

After manufacturing, the unit was sandblasted and painted.

We recently completed a complex Stainless Steel Fabrication project for a large Pump Supply company.

The job was the manufacture of a Discharge pipe, which was to be cast into concrete. At the base of the discharge pipe is attached a large submersible pump. The pipe work was manufactured form 316 Grade Stainless Steel. Wall thickness was 8mm.

This discharge pipe was built from scratch from drawings supplied to us by our customer.

The tube was cut to size and rolled offsite by a specialty pipe bending company.
