We are an engineering workshop specialising in fabrication, welding, machining, fitting and machinery repair.
We can assist in the food and beverage manufacturing industry because we have a variety of skill sets in engineering so we can fabricate, manufacture, refurbish and repair for our customers.
Some of the Food & Beverage projects we have undertaken include:
- Fabrication & installation of conveyors, conveyor extensions, mezzanines, platforms, access stairs & ladders, pipework, safety rails and guarding.
- Manufacture, repair & replacement of press components, shafts, rollers, gearboxes, valves, pumps, bearings and seals.
- Overhaul equipment such as mixers, extruders and lifting davits.
- Repair and coating of high wear areas on components with epoxy ceramic compounds.
Some important things to note:
- We can fabricate from carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminium.
- We fabricate to AS1443GP & AS1554SP as required.
- We can supply third party non-destructive testing & reporting if required.
- We can supply engineering certification of your design if required.
- Components can be supplied hot dip galvanized, painted or powdercoated.
- We offer manufacture, delivery and installation.
