We carry out fabrication, repairs and welding for earthmoving equipment and components. We fit protective screens and safety rails to new equipment prior to it going into use, or on used equipment too. Fabrication or welding repairs are carried out in our Geebung factory on at your site using our fully fitted out mobile welding unit.
Repairs on earthmoving equipment are often required to be carried out on damaged or worn machinery and components, such as:
- Replating buckets
- Replacing cutting edges on buckets
- Replacing teeth adapters on buckets
- Damaged body work
- Repairs to augers
- Plating or welding cracked components
- Hard face welding to high wear areas
We run our own fleet of site vehicles complete with generators, welders, mag based drill, oxy/acetylene equipment, swivel crane, and access equipment.
When needed we supply a crane truck to transport heavy items back to our factory where repairs can’t be carried out onsite.
