We are an engineering workshop specialising in fabrication and machining. We work in the transport industry, manufacturing and repairing a range of transport equipment and accessories.
Some of the jobs we have undertaken in the Transport Industry include:
- Fabrication of transport or carry frames for transporting items such as larger manufactured components, larger hydraulic cylinders, tower sections, mining equipment, heavy transport equipment and spare parts.
- Repairs to commercial transport vehicles and equipment such as repairs to truck trays, truck bodies and trailers including floors, carry racks, ladder racks, access ramps, tie rails & mudguards
- Fabrication, welding and repairs to water trucks such as repairs to tanks, pipework, PTOs, couplings, pump bases and pumps.
- Fabrication, welding, machining and repairs for commercial waste vehicles, liquid waste vehicles and broom sweepers such as replacement or repairs for storage tanks, compactors, pipework, storage boxes, floors, access platforms, hose reels, vacuum boxes, turrets, chutes, hoppers, cyclones, flanges, mount brackets, PTOs, couplings, coupling guards, broom carriers, safety rails, doors, pins, bushes and fatigue or damage cracks.
- Mobile drill rig modifications and repairs such as welding and plating cracks, fabrication of new accessories, welding modifications and repairs to adjustable support legs.
Some important things to note:
- We fabricate from carbon steel, stainless steel and aluminium.
- We fabricate to AS1554GP & AS1554SP as required.
- We can supply third party non-destructive testing and reporting if required.
- We can supply engineering certification of your design if required.
- Components can be supplied hot dip galvanized, painted or powdercoated.
- We offer manufacture, delivery and installation.
