We offer a range of Metal Fabrication services to various industries and sectors. We fabricate from mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium and work to the Australian Standards AS1554GP & AS1554SP as required.
We have fabricated and hot dip galvanized, painted or powdercoated one off fabrications or multiple fabrications for sectors and industries such as construction, infrastructure, telecommunications, earthmoving, transport, manufacturing, food & beverage, pumping, drilling, quarrying, screening & crushing, mining, aluminium smelting, piling and glass forming.
Some of our capabilities and services include:
- We can fabricate from drawings supplied or reverse engineer from an existing component.
- If required, we can provide third party non-destructive testing and reporting.
- We can organize design certification if required.
- We install our own fabrications if and when required having our own site vehicles c/w generator / welder, mag based drill, oxy / acetylene equipment, swivel crane and access equipment.
- We can include delivery if required and can include hire of a crane truck for delivery to site for ease of unloading.
- We can include hire of crane, elevated work platform or scissor lift for installation.
